This sketchbook series was created during my study abroad venture to Japan. As we made our way across Japan, visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, I was Inspired by traditional Japanese ink brushwork and woodblock prints. I recorded my experience within these illustrations, interpreting some of my favorite experiences throughout our ten-day journey in my own style.
